Denyon Homes is seeking a transaction coordinator and assistant who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close and assist with planning, specifications, color selections, processes and data base management. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
- Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
- Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
- Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
- Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
- Coordinate all closing procedures, walk thrus and inspections, etc.
- Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
