National Nuclear Security Administration Demonstration Project
This position is covered by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Demonstration Project. The NQ-03 pay band is equivalent to the GS-13-14 grade levels.

Responsibilities:
As Program Analyst, you will:
Be responsible for directing, developing, and coordinating policies and programs related to materials management to include operational support inventories, refueling equipment/reactor plant equipment/, material supply support inventories, and associated logistics activities.
Be responsible for ensuring required inventories are scheduled and completed according to DOE, DOD, and Navy policy directives to ensure compliance with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements. Coordinate the complete inventory, review accuracy reporting of reactor plant components and materials.
Provide headquarter-level direction and guidance to meet inventory accuracy requirements.
Have frequent dealings with senior officials at geographically dispersed supply locations, prime contractors, shipyard commanders, senior agency officials and other government officials.
Coordinate the design, programming, testing, implementation, operation and maintenance of program unique inventory management systems and oversee development of management reports for use by senior management.
