```Duties```
- Provide case management services to individuals and families in need
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate service plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources and services
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to service plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
- Experience working in behavioral health or child protective services preferred
- Strong knowledge of child welfare policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflict and diffuse tense situations
- Proficient in crisis management techniques
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
- Experience working with children and families
