This position requires the employee to report to their headquarter designation five (5) days a week.


Under general direction, the Program Technician III (PT III) is the subject matter expert on all permits within the unit and provides assistance to the Northern Area Office (NAO) management team. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing and applying laws, regulations and policies pertaining to the Mobilehome Park Program in the Area Office. The PT III is responsible for responding to public telephone calls, mobilehome park fee collection, and track other information as directed. The technician interacts with the public daily for questions and issues relative to the Mobilehome Parks Act.
