Under direction of the Staff Services Manager II in the Administrative and Program Control Branch of the Delta Conveyance Office (DCO), the incumbent performs the most difficult and complex analytical duties with respect to service agreements and contracts in support of pursuing the new environmental review for a single tunnel solution to modernize Delta Conveyance.

Must be able to maintain and handle sensitive information confidentially, tactfully, and professionally. A strong technical understanding of current computer hardware and software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
