Job Title: Executive Assistant
Classification: Salaried, Exempt (FTE)

Summary:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive support and administration for the assigned business operations senior leader.
Essential Functions:
- Expertly manage and prioritize calendars for key members of our senior leadership team, focusing on productivity, urgency, and stakeholder needs.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for executives according to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate and partner with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to members of the leadership team.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
- Assist in development and organization of support materials for meetings and conferences (e.g. slide decks, presentations, meeting materials, etc.).
- Assist with the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various software tools.
- Ability to work in high-growth and highly collaborative environments seamlessly with team members, working across time zones.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex working environment, accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or any equivalent combination of relevant education, skills, training, and experience.
- 5 years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar role; preferably for C suite executives.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS).
- Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position may have direct reports.
Work Environment
This position operates in a field and remote environment, seven days a week and holidays.
Physical Demands
The employee may be required to stand, walk, twist, turn, bend, climb, lift, or kneel. Occasional lifting to 25Ibs may occur.
Travel
Travel may be required.
