What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX Designer (m/f/div) position at DEPT®?

For our Company in Germany we are looking for a UX Designer (m/f/div) who focuses on the needs of the users.

As a UX Designer (m/f/div) you develop user-centered brand experiences in the form of online shops, digital products and services. You use your creativity to develop functional solutions. In doing so, you will use various methods and concepts such as user stories or customer journeys and will also play a key role in advising our customers in order to develop an optimal and individual solution. You act as a sparring partner for your UX colleagues and support young talents in their further development.

  • Remotely from anywhere in Germany

 

YOU

  • Have many years of experience in the field of user experience, information architecture and usability - with a focus on the conception of sophisticated e-commerce projects and the development of successful digital products and services
  • Have very good knowledge of state-of-the-art tools for the creation of wireframes and prototypes (Figma & Miro)
  • Strong project overview
  • Extensive Technical Understanding
  • Understanding of Swiss Documentation 
  • Experience in working within agile and interdisciplinary teams
  • Structured way of working and creative inputs
  • Should bring along: Visualizing complex issues quickly
  • Empathy to capture stakeholder needs and process them for the project team of UI designers, CRA experts, analytics experts and project managers
  • Documentation, visualizations (mock-ups), presentations, Jira, Kanban process, prototypes, research hyp
  • Communicate natively in German & English
