Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Derby Club's products and services.

● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

● Engage site leaders across the organization regularly to understand needs and synthesize feedback for continuous improvement.

● Create and manage marketing collateral, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

● Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness.

● Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

● Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities across all Derby Club location sites.

● Assist with market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

● Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

● Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

● High energy with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.

● Experience with social media management and digital marketing channels is a plus.

● Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also being able to work independently.

● Willingness and ability to travel for in-person meetings at each location across Wyoming.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
