POSITION SUMMARY:

Creating long-lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through our remodeling process. From initial consultation through our design, estimating, pre-production, production, and final completion processes. Creating unique and functional design solutions for clients projects while communicating effectively and efficiently all project related details with client, trade partners, & team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the company in a neat and professional manner
  • Coordinate in an organized manner job activities from start to finish
  • In-home consultations with potential clients
  • Creating & presenting project designs, using software tools such as; Chief Architect, Hover, and/or utilizing outside Drafting/Engineering/Architectural resources.
  • Create detailed and accurate scope of work- based off of project design, for the estimator to bid projects accurately
  • Present project proposals to potential clients in a detailed, professional, and consultative manner
  • Prepare and execute all appropriate contractual documentation for client projects
  • Guide customer through material selection process
  • Gather project documentation (Scope of Work, Drawings, Material Selections, Specs) in an organized production binder in preparation for pre-production review
  • Assist/provide direction to project coordinator in ordering & scheduling of your projects as needed
  • Attend pre-construction walkthroughs with job supervisor as needed
  • Assist project supervisor in job site visits, client meetings, and other meetings as needed to ensure clienteles ultimate satisfaction
  • Create and seek approval on change orders as needed throughout project
  • Maintain and update digital and hard copy files as needed as new information is obtained
  • Work with field staff & trade partners to communicate design details and customer expectations as needed
  • Maintain customer relations in concert with project supervisor throughout project
  • Periodic site visits to ensure project details are executed on
  • Maintain friendly, fair, and consistent posture with customers, team, & trade partners
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers, trade partners, and team to ensure all parties are on the same page with project details, timelines, and expectations at all times
  • Professionally walk through and present finished project to homeowner with project supervisor
  • Continually market the company and look for future opportunities to grow and improve the business

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to think and take action in pressure situations and quickly adapt and creatively come up with solutions to unexpected challenges on projects
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Help establish new subcontractor and supplier resources
  • Maintain relationships and hold subcontractors, suppliers, and team accountable
  • Sales/Customer service experience
  • Proficient in interior design & experience with design software (Cheif Architect Preferred)
  • Technical understanding of residential remodeling
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
