This position requires an excellent phone voice, attention to detail, front office experience in a medical spa/plastic surgery center/or other retail medical facility. You must have the ability to handle inbound and outbound phone calls and a very enthusiastic personality. The ability to multi-task & work under pressure. This is a fun, exciting position.
Experience with scheduling software. Bonus: lead management systems (CRMs)
This position is hourly plus bonuses with excellent growth
If you possess marketing, social media skills, that is a bonus.
Project a professional, mature, confident nature.
Bi-lingual (spanish) is a bonus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years: Medical Aesthetics front office administration, preferably Medical Spa or Plastic Surgeons office
Experience with scheduling software required.
- Good to great computer skils.
- Experience with high inbound and outbound call volume
- Experience in successfully scheduling consultations

Job Description: You would be directly responsible for building relationships with our clientele, over the phone and in our lobby. Scheduling consultations for services we provide.
Appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Up selling procedures
- Answering phones professionally and converting phone calls into appointments.
- Accurate scheduling and completing the retail sales process
- Addressing client patient requests professionally and efficiently
- Facilities management, including but not limited to, hourly office checks to ensure rooms are clean
- Outgoing and reliable
- Social media experience is a bonus. Marketing experience is a plus
- Excellent references and a clean background check
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office & Google applications
- Retail or industry experience, a plus
- Web-based scheduling, a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) is essential
