Now we’re seeking a talented individual to help us enhance our global in-store presence. As our Manager, Visual Merchandising and Global Planning , you'll take charge of shaping Dermalogica’s brand across global markets, ensuring a captivating and consistent customer experience. From conceptualizing designs to executing strategies, you'll work closely with diverse teams to drive our brand forward.
What You'll Do:
Design & Execution
- Develop and execute global visual merchandising guidelines and designs for new innovations and product launches.
- Conceptualize and present in-store updates and new initiatives using 2D/3D mockups, comps, or sketches to stakeholders.
- Plan and implement core merchandising initiatives, including space layout, fixture development, and vendor collaboration for in-store support.
- Oversee the full cycle of product launches, integrating marketing strategies with creative design thinking and solutions.
- Prioritize innovation in all projects.
Collaboration & Partnerships
- Address market-specific developmental requests and collaborate on campaign updates.
- Forge partnerships with creative and global teams, aligning towards common goals.
Strategy & Brand Alignment
- Convert brand initiatives into executable strategies for global markets.
- Share insights and best practices to enhance brand positioning in retail spaces.
- Assess the success of visual merchandising strategies post-launch.
What You’ll Need:
- A bachelor's degree in Design or Industrial Design required.
- 3 years in corporate visual merchandising required.
- Relevant experience in prestige skincare or beauty is required, with international experience being a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and cloud-based programs is required.
- Working knowledge of Sketchup.
- Knowledge of design, materials, prototyping, and production processes required.
- Experience with vendor and budget management, and experience working with international markets required.
- Expertise in developing technical drawings for VM elements and understanding architectural nuances.
- Experience in team management, including full-time and freelance staff.

- Competitive Compensation: Expected base salary range of $75,000 to $80,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget.
