```Duties```
- Assist healthcare professionals with administrative tasks in a medical office setting
- Greet and check-in patients, verifying their information and insurance details
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical documentation
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits and assist with procedures as needed
- Perform basic medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
-Triage patients in our EMR system for the provider
- set up biopsies and assist the provider in procedures
- assist patients with questions, refills, and referals
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical software
- Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) procedures
- Experience in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
