General Maintenance. Getting apartments ready for rent.

Changing smoke alarms, fixing windows, doors etc.

Experience with light plumbing and electrical.

Ability to diagnose problems with heating systems and HVAC units

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
