What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3914 - 3201 - QC Specialist II position at DeRoyal?
Monday - Thursday - 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Performs necessary functions, including testing and inspecting products and materials at various stages of the production process, to ensure and maintain high quality and reliability of materials and products. Establish and maintain device master records to include monitoring product labeling and inserts. Perform periodic in-house inspections to ensure compliance to procedures. Assist in handling customer complaints regarding products; including completing necessary paperwork and correspondence in a timely manner. Review new products and proposed changes to existing products. Notify vendors of quality issues and submit samples. Consolidate and present information for corrective and preventative action (CAPA) meetings. Work with manufacturing staff on quality-related issues; Train work force as required in quality standards and procedures. Participate in vendor and/or internal audits. Assist in performing corrective actions for internal and external audits. Provide assistance in preparing and implementing procedures and specifications concerning products.REQUIREMENTS:Associate degree with one to two years related experience and/or training; or High School diploma or equivalent (GED) with two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to use ten-key, fax machine, office copier and computer required. Requires experience in Microsoft office. Require good organizational skills as well as the ability to work well under limited supervision. Professional attitude and appearance are necessary.
Salary : $37,500 - $47,500
