The Service Group is the leader in providing global service support for the Derrick product line within the Oil and Gas industry. The core position requirements are hands-on service work, equipment inspection, reporting, on-site troubleshooting, and resolving issues with corrective action. This is a team environment that excels in superior communication between our customer base, sales department, technical service department, engineering department, and management team.
This position entails specific background requirements that must be met. It must also be understood that this position requires both domestic and international travel, up to 30-50% of the time.
General Requirements
High school graduate (minimum)
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
Mechanical aptitude
Basic to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related products
Field experience is a plus although not required
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
Detail oriented, self-directed, decisive, and honest.
Willingness and readiness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
