Direct Responsibilities: (Scope of work focus is on support for managing and accounting for client product, literature and giveaway fulfillment)
1. 40% Maintain physical storage for client materials (product, literature and giveaways)
· Check in inventory upon arrival confirming quantity, color, size, tag, sku / product #
· Fill show orders per provided spread sheets and sales order documents to the above criteria and segregated into boxes designated for specific displays.
· Receive product post show, verify condition / packed correctly, re-stock into main inventory, update storage location
2. 45% Maintain active databases or Smart Centre (Internal inventory system) keeping inventories current-
· In tandem with the product movement keep inventory sheets and databases current
· Monitor, label and maintain product storage locations
· Communicate inventory levels and movement with account teams and or clients
3. 15 % At peak times, oversee the quality and productivity of temp workers in filling and receiving product orders. Production Supervisor is responsible for managing temp support, but this position would be responsible for providing support / resources.
Requirements
· Must possess previous customer service experience.
· Must be extremely organized and strong attention to detail.
· Demonstrated technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to work independently and complete project within budgeted hours with minimal direction.
· Display positive, dependable attitude & strong desire to learn & grow.
· Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
