Job Posting for Property Manager at Desert Gold RV Park
We are seeking a Property Manager for Desert Gold Rv park! We are looking for someone who is willing to relocate to Desert Gold RV Park, housing will be provided. Please call Daisy at (775)388-2253 for more details!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all property tenants.
- Collect Rent, utility fees, late fees, etc.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Keep track of rental fees and when they are due/paid.
- Keep track of utility fees and when they are due/paid.
- Issue eviction notices
- Ensure the on site laundry mat and bathrooms are kept clean and functional
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications (although not required):
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Carlin, NV 89822: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
