Job Responsibilities:
- Develop positive relationships with co-workers’ drivers and customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Assist with inbound customer and driver calls
- Enter customer orders accurately and timely into dispatch system
- Review orders for accuracy
- Manage time efficiently and work effectively with all members of the dispatch team
- Communicate information to supervisors and/or customers via messaging, telephone, and internal dispatching system
- Assist with schedules as needed throughout the day
- Customer Service follow-up as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
