Desert View Hospice, Inc. is a growing Hospice agency that strives to provide the most comfortable experience for our patients and their families during the end-of-life journey. We are in need of great nurses that provide emotional and practical support, educate families, and provide the utmost care to our patients.
We are seeking for an experienced Per Diem Hospice RN to give skilled nursing to hospice patients at home and senior facilities. One year minimum is required. The RN MUST have knowledge of the Start of Care process and Hospice MD. Flexible schedule is highly encouraged. We are currently offering the below rates..
Start of Care Visit: $260
Eval No SOC- $120
Death Visit: $90
Re-certification visit: $120
Supervisory visit: $100
REQUIREMENTS:
RN MUST have Hospice MD experience
RN MUST have flexible schedule
RN MUST have experience with start of care
