We are currently seeking an adaptable and proactive HR Manager with 3-5 years’ experience to join our dynamic organization in the niche museum build industry.
This role will involve working independently and collaboratively to support the day-to-day organizational needs within various core foundational HR areas. As the HR Manager, you will be the go-to resource for employees at all levels regarding HR -related matters, providing support, guidance and assistance as needed.

Core Responsibilities:
Employee Resource: Primary point of contact and resource for all HR -related inquiries, providing assistance and guidance to employees across the organization. You build relationships and employees feel comfortable going to you.
Administrative Tasks: Lead, coordinate, and perform various HR administrative responsibilities efficiently and accurately.
Employee Life Cycle Management: Support all stages of the employee life cycle, including recruitment efforts, applicant tracking system management, new hire onboarding experiences, and retention programs.
Benefits and Payroll Support: Utilize your knowledge of benefits and payroll to assist employees with inquiries, manage leave requests, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
HR Compliance: Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR compliance requirements and ensure that all HR processes and activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Communication: Maintain consistent and effective communication channels for all HR matters, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Employee Engagement and Special Projects: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, as well as participate in other special projects as assigned.

This position is Monday to Friday, based in our Lorton, VA office.
