THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN HR MANAGER

As our HR Manager, you spearhead recruitment, foster positive employee relations, and maintain legal compliance. Crafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and resolving conflicts are part of your role. You also design HR policies, ensure adherence to employment laws, and implement performance evaluation systems. Guiding employee development initiatives and managing compensation and benefits align with your responsibilities. You support talent management and oversee benefit plans to meet organizational goals. OUR IDEAL HR MANAGER

• We're looking for an enthusiastic communicator who can maintain confidentiality while meeting the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field; or 4 to 8 years being progressively responsible HR management experience
• SHRM certification (highly preferred)
• Track record of managing and overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training
• Strong background in policy development, compliance, and handling HR-related legal matters
• Experience in change management and driving cultural initiatives within organizations
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, leave administration, and extensive employee relations experience
• Exceptional technical and organizational skills
