- Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Productive operation of assigned machinery in department
- Accurate completion of production paperwork
- Rotational assignment to other machinery as directed
- Maintaining clean and orderly work environment
- Requesting supplies as needed to maintain production
- All other duties assigned
Required Experience
- Ability to read, write and do basic math - successful scoring on math testing
- Good communication and cooperation with coworkers and supervisors
- Proven ability to maintain acceptable production rates
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Receptiveness to overtime required
- Receptiveness to cross training and rotational assignments
- Acceptable attendance record
- Experience with indicated machinery a plus
- Proven paperwork accuracy
- Color discrimination test
- Average weight lifted with assistance is 25-50lbs
