Construction Production Project Manager

Design Innovations is looking for an experienced or aspiring Construction Project Manager who is ready to excel in a fast-paced environment where excellent project management is recognized and rewarded. Our production department emphasizes the importance of organization, communication, and creative problem solving.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Inspecting and overseeing projects.
• Managing subordinates and subcontractor performance.
• Ability to prepare and review scope of work and change orders.
• Ensure that all work is installed in accordance with contract documents.
• Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity.
• Provide face to face communication with customers.
• Material take-off's and ensuring any over ordered materials is returned to suppliers.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues or concerns.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Help recruit and build teams.
• In field training.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
