Wellness Business Consultant

We are a seeking a Wellness business advisor for a dental cosmetic practice, this company is looking to expand their services through regenerative and functional medicine with the mission to enhance quality of life and promote sustainable health practices for longevity for their patients.

The professional advisor must have proven experience in the Wellness industry, a consultant with a deep understanding of health and wellness operational laws and regulations, compliance and legal security in the Florida state.

Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is a must.

Key Areas of Assistance:

- Contracts and Agreements: I need expert advice on the formulation and review of contracts to ensure I'm well protected.

- Licensing and Permits: I'm especially keen on securing necessary permits. Skilled guidance in license application and dealing with the corresponding bureaucracy is needed in the health area.

- Review of our portfolio to make sure all the therapies and protocols complies the local law.

- Provide guidance on business development strategies and tactics in the wellness industry. Identify areas for improvement, and develop effective strategies for growth and success.

- Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives

- Support clients in project management and change management efforts

Ideal Qualifications:

- Experience in business law, specifically contracts, and licensing.

- Previous work within the wellness/healthcare sector is a must.

- Ability to easily communicate complex legal ideas.

- Up to date understanding of laws and regulations surrounding wellness centers in Florida.

- Fluent Spanish
