Hello, prospective pickle!  Design Pickle is seeking a Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team! The Sales Manager will leverage their excellent management and coaching skills to lead a team of salespeople to hit growth targets.

Reports to: Vice President of Sales

On a daily basis, works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Location: Design Pickle is a fully remote company with a Company Hub in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Specific to your role, we’re looking for individuals who have...

  • Passion for our purpose: To be the most helpful creative company in the world.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with great skill in managing time.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience within SMB or mid-market sales.
  • Experience in building or operating within a high-growth SaaS org.
  • Track record of success in an SMB SaaS high-velocity motion
  • Solid track record in implementing operational improvements, such as hiring, training, and sales systems and processes.
  • Direct involvement in implementing and maintaining creative compensation packages, including pay structure, bonuses, and non-monetary incentives.
  • Experience in making data-driven decisions regarding people, budgets, workforce, and sales decisions.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Sales best practices, ensuring that Design Pickle is continually progressive and maintains our incredible company culture.
  • Good project management and communication skills. Our team works remotely, and we need to know you can manage your time effectively.

Bonus Pickle Points:

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar.
  • A positive, team-oriented approach to leadership
  • Experience in building or operating a high- SaaS org.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities 

  • Managing, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by managing the sales team.
  • You will meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding your team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generation
  • Provide regular updates to management on team activities, opportunities, and risks
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Design Pickle’s customer base and ensures its strong market presence.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecasts to the leadership team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Work with marketing & product on the development of sales tools.
$130,000
 
The compensation range for this position is $130,000 annually commission. The commission is uncapped. The actual salary offer to a candidate will be made with mindful consideration of many factors. These factors include but are not limited to skills, qualifications, education/knowledge, experience, and alignment with market data for a given location within the US. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions. This salary data is for our US-based positions only.
