About this Role

Design Pickle is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Revenue Operations Systems Expert to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM system and its integrations to various platforms, including lead generation and sales enablement tools. 

You will develop, maintain, and optimize connectors or APIs to facilitate seamless data flow across our platforms to ensure the highest degree of financial and operational data accuracy as this data will be used on a daily basis by our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Global Operations teams.

You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration processes, and troubleshooting guides, for the various platforms within our Revenue Operations technical stack. You will also provide training and ongoing support for all internal stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding and use of all systems and tools used by our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Global Operations teams.

Reports to: Vice President, Revenue Operations

Location: Anywhere. Design Pickle is a fully remote company with a company HQ in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Specific to this role, we’re looking for individuals who have…

  • 3 years of experience with Hubspot CRM (Hubspot certified admin)
  • Fundamental understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Mastery of API development, integrations, and workflowsDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with revenue-generating teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and technical teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Data Science)Proven ability to quickly identify and solve ambiguous problems with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to earn trust across the GTM team

  • Experience working at a high-growth technology company is a plus

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve integrations across our core revenue-related systems (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, Stripe, Intercom, Tableau).
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline revenue operations processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between different platforms to maintain data integrity and accuracy, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the company to properly structure data to support key insights and reporting.
  • Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve them
  • Create best practices for data handling, system integrations, and process automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Build, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration processes, and troubleshooting guides, for the various platforms within our Revenue Operations technical stack.
