Project Construction Manager
Job Posting for Project Construction Manager at Design Systems, Inc.
- Must be willing to work in Brookville, OH.
Preferred Experience:
- Ten (10) years experience in Construction management
- Four (4) years experience in Automotive desired
- Two (2) years experience with General Motors' projects desired
Job Responsibilities:
Assist GM Project Manager to manage the project in accordance with GM Project Management Process (PMP)
- Coordinate all CPS personnel on site
- Interface with stakeholders at the site (contractors, ME, Production, etc.)
- Answer Technical questions
- Monitor As-built drawing documentation
GM Training Requirements:
Site Safety Orientation- Site specific training (as required)
- GM Construction Terms & Conditions
- PMP
- B & AP
- CCP
- Safety Contract Management Process
Education:
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering desired
Computer Skills:
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI
- Microsoft Project (Preferred)
- Microsoft Outlook Email
- Peer-to-peer (P2P) (Preferred)
- AutoCAD (Preferred)
- Navisworks (Preferred)
Other:
Willing to work night or split shift
