Skills and Experience:
Prior experience with detailed installation schedules a big plus.
Ability to set up milestone schedule and import contractor provided schedule to develop a overall project schedule is required.
Strong communication skills
Must be detailed oriented.
must be comfortable working with customer and vendors to obtain the required schedule information.
Manufacturing background a plus.
Preferred ability to travel locally and out of town.
Preferred willingness to do long term (6-18 months) out of town travel with trips home every other week.
Position Duties:
Develop a preliminary detailed project schedule based on milestones dates provided.
Integrate contractor provided detailed schedule into the detailed project schedule.
Use filters to develop reports for management (i.e "behind in progress", "look ahead" & "milestone" schedule reports)
Work with contractors to make sure they are providing their updates on a regular basis to be determined based on phase of the project.
Work with customer and Program / Project Manager to identify dependent tasks.
Work with project team to identify schedule interferences between contractors.
Issue reports as requested.
Prefer ability to support project team with CAD drawings as needed.
Computer Skills:
2 Years in Microsoft Project. Must be proficient in developing and maintaining schedules.
AutoCAD experience a plus.

Valid Driver's license
