What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Specialist AP/AR position at DesignBuild Mechanical LLC?
We are currently searching for an energetic, friendly, detail and customer-oriented person to add to our Commercial HVAC administrative team in Charlotte supporting our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Service operations.
The primary duties consist of providing top-notch customer service as well as, helping to schedule and dispatch field technicians and providing professional support for our accounting (AR/AP, payroll) and service operations (field technicians & project managers).
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry experience
- Strong aptitude with technology and software- familiarity with Viewpoint Spectrum and UKG a plus
- Positive Attitude, Attentive to Details and Dependable
- Team player who can work independently- a doer and not just a reviewer!
- AR/AP and payroll experience a must.
