Job Title: Customer Service Agent 1

Location: Lacey, WA

Terms: Full Time

Hourly Rate: $16.28- $21.00

About the company: We are an e-commerce business that has been operating for over 13 years. Our main office is in Thurston County, and we currently employ 15-20 people.

Responsibilities: After training (3-6 months) a CS1 must be able to perform the following

· Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

· Problem solve and provide excellent customer service

· Leaving detailed notes in customer’s order

· Knowledgeable on the products we offer, upsell when possible

· Manage questions and online chats via the proper platform

· Provide customers with updates on orders, follow up when needed

· Other duties as assigned

Once fully trained and working independently you will receive a $1.00 bump in pay to $17.28

Candidate Requirements:

· Basic Math

· Ability to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision

· Must be willing to work overtime/weekends when necessary

· Must have good attendance and punctuality

· Able to read and write in English

· Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner

· Dedication to customer satisfaction

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer

· Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to type 45-65 wpm

· Proficient navigating computers
