Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate leads within the high-end residential and commercial markets.
• Create and maintain relationships with affluent clientele who demand premium garage door solutions.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
• Showcase our exclusive range of high-end garage door products through captivating presentations.
• Provide detailed and accurate price quotations and negotiate sales terms.
• Collaborate with our installation experts to ensure the seamless delivery and installation of our premium products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, luxury market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
• Contribute to the development and execution of high-end sales strategies.
• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
• You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Should have working knowledge of a CRM
