Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As a Front Desk Person, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This is a vital role in our dental office, as you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our patients.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner

- Register them, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and courteously

- Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments

- Maintain accurate patient records and handle clinical schedule efficiently.

- Treatment co-ordination and presentation based on insurance benefits.

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office management

Experience:

- Previous experience in dental front desk admin and scheduling of at least one year is required.

- Familiarity with computererized systems.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
