JOB SUMMARY
Designory/eg is seeking an in-house Junior Recruiter to partner with and support the staff recruiters to actively source and fill positions located in our Chicago, New York, Jersey City and Long Beach locations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and assist in negotiating offers in partnership with the staff recruiters and hiring managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in hiring full-time talent across multiple disciplines – Tech, Account Services, and Project Management, Creative, and Strategy.
Manage full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to interview and offer stage while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Conduct phone interviews
Schedule in-person interviews
Manage interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience
Obtain feedback from the interview team
Prepare paperwork and obtain approval for hire
Prepare offer letters and benefits package and present to candidates
Manage salary negotiations
Submit new employee file to start onboarding
Close job and remove postings
Collaborate with Staff Recruiters and each business group to ensure sourcing/screening is aligned with role expectations.
Work with Project/Account Managers to assist with resource tracking within the agency on various projects, allowing for maximum utilization and productivity.
Update business group regularly on hiring status.
Proactively build and manage relationships with top talent. Develop a pipeline for high demand positions.
Participate in industry and recruiting networking events.
Ensure compliance on all hiring activities
Update agency master hiring plan weekly
Manage and maintain agency open job / aging report for executive team
Manage external staffing resources
Assist in various HR duties as needed
EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or the equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Recruiting/Talent role is required.
Experience working in a digital, advertising or media agency is required.
Deep understanding of full cycle recruiting for both temp and salaried positions.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Polished phone, email and social media etiquette.
Experience navigating efficiently through a matrix organization.
Informal and people-centric approach to work and getting things done.
Able to quickly establish credibility with the senior leadership team.
