Our company is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team of customer service professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting company customers, developing and maintaining customer relationships, facilitating product launches, using social media tools and taking direction well. We are looking for candidates who are team players and passionate about providing high-quality customer service, who can read and react quickly to customer needs and want to help us continue to be a leader in our industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to customers.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone and via e-mail; use good judgment and discretion in handling complaints, inquiries, and requests.
  • Handle customer service issues.
  • Handle customer problems.
  • Answer questions about products and services, using knowledge of products and skills in problem solving.
  • Prepare letters for customers.
  • Prepare letters for customers.
  • Prepare bills and checks for customers.
  • Answer calls and direct them as needed.
  • Greet callers and respond appropriately to their needs or questions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
