AMLaw 100 firm is seeking a full-time Senior Attorney to join our Litigation group. This position is not on the partnership track and is open to candidates in any US office, with a preference for those based in Miami or Philadelphia.
Education Requirements
In accordance with California, New York, Washington DC, and Washington's Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in these locations, is $235,000 to $275,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Education Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where you are applying.
- Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
- Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.
- Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good business judgment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Effective research and problem-solving abilities.
