Part-Time Nanny & Family Helper in St. Paul

Two busy professionals in St. Paul (55105) are looking for a part-time nanny and family helper to lighten their load in the evenings. The perfect candidate is an organized, self-starter, who will take initiative with the children and the home.

The nanny will arrive at the home at 3 pm to handle some household tasks before the family arrives back at home from work and daycare. When the family arrives home around 4/5 pm, the nanny will take over responsibilities of the children so mom and dad can have some time to prepare dinner, continue their work day, or exercise.

Start Date:ASAP - ongoing

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Optional daytime on-call hours as well)

Compensation: $18-20/hour DOQ

Responsibilities:

• Arrive before the kids get home from school
• Assist in picking up toys and maintaining a tidy household
• Load and unload the dishwasher
• Help with laundry as needed
• Provide care for the children (3-year-old and 9-month-old)
• Support parents by allowing them time to cook, exercise, or extend their workday if necessary
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times
• Optional on-call hours for additional assistance as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with infants and toddlers
• Must pass a driving screen, drug screen, and background screen
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic
• Must reside in the Twin Cities area
