Director of Member Relations

Detego Health is a national Third Party Administrator (TPA) and level-funded plan sponsor offering self-funded and level-funded plan administration and reporting. We operate much like an independent accounting or law firm, providing “behind the scene” professional claims and benefit plan administration for our clients.

We are seeking a Director of Member Relations to join our team. As a Director of Member Relations, you will be responsible for overseeing exceptional customer service with our inbound call center and onboarding team. You will serve as the director and the main point of contact for member inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure member satisfaction.

```Duties:```

- Oversee Care Guides and ensure they understand member needs and provide appropriate assistance with adequate education, audits, and metrics

- Available for member inquiries via phone or email when needed or if a Care Guide is unable to assist

- Resolve member complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information about membership benefits, services, and programs

- Maintain accurate member records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to address member needs and improve services

- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of products and services

```Qualifications:```

- Required: Experience in the Ring Central Platform

- Required: 4 years overseeing/managing customer service inbound call center

-Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively

- Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred

- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus

- Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data for decision-making

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
