We rely on our business development specialists to build strong client relationships and to understand how we can best support our clients’ current and future needs.
Director of Business Development at Detroit Labs
As the Director of Business Development, you will lead the sales team by spearheading the creation and implementation of all sales strategies and processes, as well as selling to new and existing clients. You will take point on all aspects of growing revenue for the business, partner heavily with our marketing team to drive brand awareness, and work closely with our delivery, cloud, and recruiting teams to grow and maintain client relationships. You will be a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and will create new sales initiatives, drive the team’s progress to goals, and provide expertise to drive revenue. You will report to our President and Co-Founder.
As a Director, you will be responsible for the direct management and operations of our sales team. You will provide leadership, coaching, career development, conduct annual reviews, manage and track performance, create compensation and bonus plans, and build a space for the team to do their best work that aligns with business strategy.
