Seeking creative and independently productive talent to work on international and domestic projects. Our studio is maintaining remote work but requires Chicago-based talent so you can continue your professional development with periodic in-person design sessions, site visits, and client meetings. Initial 3-month contract before full-time employment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Accredited degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
5-8 years of design experience, hospitality design experience preferred.
A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness with a positive attitude.
Ability to do code research and prepare a complete drawing set.
An active contributor of ideas and concepts.
Ability to self-manage time to complete tasks on schedule and demonstrate project leadership skills.
SKILLS:
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe, Sketchup, and Microsoft.
3D rendering and sketching skills are a plus.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
