JOB TITLE: Associate Engineer - {MP6861059}
DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks an Associate Engineer in Cary, NC to develop new features using React fundamentals to promote better component lifecycle practices of application interface code. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related or equivalent and three (3) years of experience analyzing business requirements, system requirements, specifications, and functional requirements to develop test scenarios. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience performing black box testing, positive testing, and negative testing for user application; performing regression testing for various change requests; developing test scenarios, test plans, test cases and TestNG test scripts to automate the regression test suite using Selenium Web driver; performing peer review for test cases and database testing to verify data in the database tables using SQL queries; assessing root causes and thematic issues, proposing necessary steps to solve issues; identifying and resolving defects and issues and logging defects in the Bug Tracking using QC (ALM); participating in all phases of testing including conducting test case walkthroughs with onsite test team and performing test monitoring and test control; preparing and reviewing test summary report at the closure of project; developing and improving existing reports and data interfaces using SAS; converting existing SAS code into high quality SAS code to achieve efficient, automated and maintainable results; identifying risks and preparing mitigation plan; and in executing these duties, utilizing programing languages including React JS, JAVA, SAS, Oracle; testing frameworks including TestNG, Cucumber, SOAP UI, Cypress; testing tools including JMeter, JIRA, QC ALM, SQL developer as well as CSS, React, Node.js, npm, Redux, IDEs, RESTful, APIs, Git repositories, TypeScript, version control software, and remote deployment tools.
