Overview

Our Transaction Services Corporate team plays a critical role in the management of fixed income trades between the execution and trade settlement. Supporting the robust Fixed Income business, you will work in a fast-paced environment, performing key control, reconciliations, and bookings. You will also be involved in strategic initiatives, perform system testing and contribute to booking substantiations and audits.

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile and action various front office/back-office break reports

• Monitor and action trade validation queues

• Perform various P&S functions

• Process Profit and Loss (P/L) entries in IMPACT

Skills You’ll Need

• Knowledge of books & records and various settlement systems a plus

• Knowledge of trade flows

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Basic understanding of reconciliations and break research

Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Strong analytical skills: ability to utilize different techniques to research and resolve problems

• Strong Communication skills

• Must be a team player with the ability to also work independently

• Detail oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to quickly learn information systems
