About the Alternatives Specialist Team
The Senior Real Estate Relationship Manager will be responsible for interfacing with Institutional clients and consultants to introduce DWS's investment solutions and product capabilities in the alternatives space, with a specific focus on Private Real Estate. This position will aim to drive sales opportunities and relationship management for our Private Real Estate funds and strategies across the Americas region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Primary coverage of institutional clients (pension funds, consultants, insurance companies, foundations and endowments), to drive sales and AUM through Private Real Estate strategies
Working directly with institutional clients/consultants and in coordination with RMs (Relationship Managers) across the DWS coverage organization
Organizing and participating in meetings and events with both existing and potential clients (e.g. one-on-one meetings, road shows, conferences, events)
Cover and build relationships with real estate consultants, working in close tandem with the Consultant Relations team
Presenting DWS's Private Real Estate product suite, performances and characteristics of existing and conceptual solutions, portfolio attributions and investment outlook to existing clients and prospects
Develop a marketing strategy as a global Product Champion for real estate strategies
Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading client strategies
Work closely with in-house product and legal teams to coordinate new product design, structuring, and launch
Your Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in investor relations/fundraising/sales, with a proven track record of raising capital in the institutional marketplace for Private Real Estate
Deep product knowledge in alternative investments with Private Real Estate experience strongly preferred
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to understand all investment nuances but also be able to translate complex investment strategies into an investor-friendly format
Must be detail-oriented and have an analytical mindset with the ability to deliver key insights
Licenses Required/Preferred:
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses

Expectations
It is DWS's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the NYC or Chicago office in accordance with the firm's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $126,000 to $260,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
