As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism
Legal documentation and case management
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical office setting
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:

Ability to Relocate:
- Nashville, TN 37201: Relocate before starting work (Required)
