  • Experience managing delinquency levels within an assigned portfolio using outbound calls, letters and use of third-party providers.
  • Ability to think through complex collections issues.
  • Experience working a high volume of accounts throughout the month (250 accounts or more).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 40.5 per week

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Work setting:

  • Hybrid work
  • Outdoor work

  • Commercial Collection: 2 years (Required)
