Lead Data Analyst

- Oversee CRM data quality.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality through analysis and review of data used across CRM and Power BI.
- Monitor and identify data quality issues across all CRM applications including Sales, Provider, and Vendor.
- Develop annual data quality strategic plan.
- Lead data remediation efforts.
- Form and lead cross functional teams to ensure high data quality.
- Implement steps to address data quality root cause e.g. data field setting, training etc.
- Make decision recommendation at critical project juncture.
- Undertake analytical reporting.
- Responsible for Power BI administration activities.
- Build automated reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Understand business requirements and design reports based on specifications.
- Develop ad hoc report requests.
- Have knowledge of database fundamentals.
- Create change management plans to ensure adoption of reports and iterative improvements.
