Description:
- Previous experience in a admin is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using various office software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with front desk duties, including managing phone systems and greeting visitors
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience in event planning or personal assistant roles is beneficial
