DevCo US Construction is hiring for Full-Time Superintendent for a project in Dallas, Texas. This candidate will need to be local to the Dallas, Texas area and be able to commute to the job site on a daily basis. This project is a renovation of an existing 150-unit Senior Affordable Apartment Community.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise entire construction field staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ability to anticipate and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
- Lead daily/weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Manage and maintain project safety
- Maintain OSHA requirements at all times
- Participate in OAC meetings as required
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
- The ability to become proficient in Procore
- Travel will be required
Experience
- 4-year degree in a construction related field or commensurate field experience.
- 5-7 years work experience in garden style multifamily construction site supervision with proven ability to use multiple types of software to efficiently manage projects.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.
