Job Summary : We are lookingfor a friendly professional and customerfocused Front DeskRepresentative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be thefirst point of contact for our clients visitors and staff providingexcellent customer service and administrative support.
The FrontDesk Representative will handle a variety of tasks to ensure thesmooth operation of our front desk and overall officeenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with allnecessary stationery and material (e.g. pens forms andbrochures)
- Provide basic and accurateinformation inperson and via phone / email
- Maintain office security by following safety proceduresand controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbookissue visitor badges)
- Updatecalendars and schedule meetings
- Perform otherclerical receptionist duties such as filing photocopyingtranscribing and faxing
- Assist with otheradministrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite
- Handson experience with office equipment(e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professionalattitude and appearance
- Solid written andverbal communication skills
- Ability to beresourceful and proactive when issues arise
