Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures which comply with applicable department rules.
- Complete, file and maintain all personnel files.
- Manage employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, etc.
- Ensure all employees meet qualifications and training requirements
- Adhere to state regulations governing Developmental Disabilities Agencies and Residential Habilitation services.
- Ensure Developmental Concepts, Inc. provides a safe, natural environment using materials conducive to training and skill development.
- Ensure Developmental Concepts, Inc. meets the highest standards of practice.
- Participate in hiring, firing, training and supervising employees of Developmental Concepts, Inc.
- Follow up with participant and employee grievances.
- Prepare official reports.
- Assist with coordinating the administrative functions of the organization.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to pass a Criminal History Background Check.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- 1 years of management experience
