Description
Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking two Associate Directors. One for our Case Management Department and one for our Systems Navigation Department. These Associate Directors will oversee day-to-day operations and support of case management functions within the Departments. These roles will manage, monitor and oversee daily activities of Program Managers and their staff and will develop and monitor systems to ensure excellent customer service and collaboration as well as staff expertise. The Associate Directors will provide leadership and will develop trusting and collaborative working relationships with all staff and management by assisting in strategic planning and goal setting. They will coach and mentor the performance and professional development of managers and staff. The Associate Directors will also support building and sustaining a culture focused on continuous improvement and will foster innovative ideas and streamline operations to provide meaningful value for customers and the community. Lastly, the Associate Directors will be responsible for effective and efficient coordination and administration of relevant project management tasks and will provide quality Project Management and Administrative Support, as appropriate.

Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor workloads to assure that requirements are met and workloads are balanced
- Assist with creating and implementing departmental goals and objectives
- Provide technical support and direction to staff as appropriate
- Oversee and assist with the recruitment, hiring, training, performance feedback and evaluation processes of team members
- Assist in creating department cohesion; provide a positive influence on team morale; promote cooperation and team synergy
- Assist in the development and follow through of the departments’ budget(s)
- Assure appropriate agency policies and procedures are followed in use of persons served and agency funds
- Initiate ongoing feedback to case managers, coordinators, management, and others regarding current status of systems in place and receives input regarding systems to be developed
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the execution of projects; ensure resource availability and allocation
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Starting Salary and Benefits

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in human services field (ideally in Developmental Disabilities/long-term services and supports) preferred
- Ability to interpret and apply state and federal regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities waivers helpful
- Exhibit decisiveness, analytical thinking, dependability and sound judgment in work activities; makes effective decisions
- Exhibit a thorough working knowledge of management principles
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the legal requirements mandated by the (DOL), the Colorado Civil Rights Division (CCRD), and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Ability to meet and maintain our driving requirements - no suspensions/revocations in the last 3 years / no tickets or moving violations in the last 3 years
